Bugibba centre situated approximately 500 metres away offers shops, bars and restaurants. One can walk down from the apartment to the promenade which takes you along the coast of St. Paul's Bay, Bugibba and Qawra.
Buses from just down the road will take you to any destination in Malta. Limestone rock beaches surround the coast of St. Paul's Bay where one can find water sports and many perfect spots for snorkeling or possibly take a diving or boat trips around the coast, or even charter a skippered yacht all for yourself. The village f St Paul’s bay has retained also its own character and charm, that of a fishing village.
This penthouse is situated in a block of rental apartments. The apartment is brand new and is served with a lift. The apartment in this block is a rental properties and is fully managed by a professional team who services the apartment to ensure everything is up to specs.
This 1-bedroom penthouse consists of an open plan kitchen/living /dining leading to a front terrace with street views having a Jacuzzi with BBQ and outdoor seating area for a great relaxing holiday.
The kitchen is fully equipped for easy cooking meals. It has a gas hob with electric oven and microwave making it ideal for sophisticated cooking or just a quick meal. It has a dining table setting for 4 people and a comfortable couch area and an LED TV with full cable programs.
The apartment further consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and a day bed as well with en-suite. The Ensuite comes fully equipped with shower cubicle. Furthermore, the apartment has a full family bathroom with a bath tub and shower in it. Moreover, the penthouse has a back balcony that overlooks the private gardens of the neighbors making it quite airy and sunny also with sea views of St Paul's Bay and the small Island.
The penthouse comes complete with linen and towels. It has also complementary Wi-Fi internet throughout the apartment. This makes it ideal for those who are after a car free holiday as it is walking distance to any amenity. Both bedrooms and living room are fully air-conditioned. This penthouse can easily sleep 4 people.
Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.

Payment is all to be done all in advance to the website. After 24hrs from the tenants physical check in the funds will be then transferred to us.
A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid on arrival via credit card.
Please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities:
- for 2 bedroom apartment- 150KWh
free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceeded, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.
Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.
Monthly rate it is also available, please ask for quote.
Also please do note the utilities are NOT included on a monthly rate but paid for as much as one consumes.Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.Apartment also available for long term booking of 6months or even longer please ask for quote.

We had a wonderful holiday in Sliema, Malta. The apartment is well located, beaches, a shopping centre and a lot of bars and restaurants were only a few minutes away, The apartment has al the supplies you need. We had a warm welcome and our host was friendly and always there to help you with questions.
Great apartment in the center of Sliema. Clean, large, comfortable. I highly recommend! It was a great time on Malta.
Everything was perfect, nice house, nice landlord, and really near of everything.

Great apartment with a really nice view. Plenty of room and the apartment included everything we needed. St Julians Bay is surrounded by nice restaurants and less than ten minutes walks to supermarkets and beaches. A very kind women from our own country welcomed us en explained everything. We could contact them anytime if we needed help, but fortunately that wasn't necessary. Thanks for the great stay, we had a very nice time!
What a memorable experience. The apartment was extremely clean and more than adequate for our 15 nights stay. Our host met us at the door- step although we were a little late arriving. We were shown around the apartment and given all the necessary information required. The apartment was well placed for Sliema and near to all the supermarkets etc. We would recommend to all. Many thanks to you all for your help in ensuring we had a perfect holiday.

The appartement was absolutely lovely! We have actually nothing bad to say about it. The check-in and check-out were easy and the host was friendly.
As we once had problems with the wifi we made a quick phone call, and came home shortly after to find it already replaced.
So we can only give a big thank you and a thumbs up!
Sehr gute Unterbringung in Sliema. Von der Lage her genial. Mit Bus oder Fähre schnell in Valetta oder anderen Orten auf Malta. Sehr sauber. Eine nette Überraschung das Willkommenspaket (Würzmittel, Spülmittel, Wein, Seife,....) Ausstattung mit Inventar war gut, Wifi vorhanden.
Gute aber zügige Einweisung durch Steve. Schade war nur, dass das ursprüngliche Appartement plötzlich (einen Tag vor Anreise) anderweitig belegt war. Der Ersatz war o.k. (s.o.) aber der Ausblick war nicht so toll. Versorgung in der Nähe gut, auch nette Cafes und Restaurants. Insgesamt aber sehr zufrieden
Piso muy agradable y bonito.
El piso es céntrico y espacioso, tiene todos los electrodomésticos necesarios, con una excelente vista de la bahía, la recepción fue correcta por la señora Victoria Tabone, se trata de un segundo piso con ascensor, aunque no funcionaba de bajada, la pega fue que en el edificio colindante estaba en obras y a las 7:30 am ya no se podía dormir, cuando terminen la obras el piso será recomendable.
