The building is brand new and all the tenants are from the family members. The surrounding is very secure and friendly. The area and the building itself is very quiet. There are grocery stores, super markets, bakery stores within few steps from the apartment. The subway station is 5 minutes on foot which is very convenient to reach all the city attractions in a few stations away. If you would like to visit beaches like Cesme, Urla, Kusadasi and Gumuldur you can easily access the bus terminals from our apartment. All the highways are also close by if you have a rental car.
The apartment is fully furnished with new modern furniture. There are two bedrooms with stylish double beds of 140cm and 200 cm each. One bedroom has a two door large wardrobe and the other has a high drawer chest with mirror on the top. The living room has a double sofa of 150 cm 200 cm made up as a bed, a new TV with satellite perception of foreign channels, table & chairs. There is a separate full kitchen. We have a spacious balcony with the view of our garden. Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 2 electric burners, a toaster, coffee machine and half size refrigerator. There are all the kitchen utensils, cutlery and some spices and olive oil for you to cook. There is a washing machine and a bathroom with shower. Fresh towels, toiletries and a hairdryer plus linens and pillows are provided.
The heating and cooling is with air conditioning placed in the living room and now in each bedroom!
We do not require deposits but we would like our apartments to be in good shape after our guests leave as to expect them to keep the property in good order and leave the apartment in the same condition as when they arrived. All guests are required to give their credit card details as a security deposit in the event of any damaged or missing items.

Private airport transfer can be arranged. The cost will vary depending on the airport and number of passengers.
Daily Izmir tours, daily excursions to nearby attractions can be arranged upon request.
Guests must inform the host 48 hours in advance of their arrival details.If you prefer to come on your own we will provide you with directions in Turkish and a map showing the directions to our address. We will appreciate if you can bring a photocopy of each guest’s passport who will be staying in the apartment as we need to take for local authorities’ security reasons upon your arrival.
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
Our English speaking guest representative will be waiting for you at the property.
Check-in hours are between 2 pm(14:00) to 11 pm(23:00) and check-out hours is 9 am(09:00) to 11 am(11:00) although we do our utmost to accommodate the individual needs of our guests. Under no circumstances may guests remain in the apartment past 15:00 without paying an extra fee. We cannot guarantee early morning access to the property unless you have booked for the previous night.
2 sets of keys will be provided. Lost key set will be charged at $10.
The apartment residents are all relatives and are families. They are cheerful, smiling people who love to help. Please respect their privacy and have the music volume down after 23:00.
People other than the paid guests may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of guest. Our apartment is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Smoking is allowed but we highly recommend Smoking outside at the balconies or garden.
Although we love pets they are not allowed in our apartment.
Children are welcomed.
There is no special parking lot for the cars of the guests but you can easily part at no charge the outside of the building on the road.
Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
