Moderne Wohnung im Herzen von Queens

Jason ha sido muy atento con nosotros, totalmente fiable. El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado para el turismo de NY, parada de metro próxima y con varias líneas que da la posibilidad de no hacer transbordos. También facilita la ida y la vuelta desde el aeropuerto hasta el apartamento. Recomiendo este apartamento 100 %.

Lovely appartment with really all the convenience you would need. It felt to us as a home away from home.
Jason is a host is super helpful and a kind person overall.

Appartment is located about 200 metres from express subway station which makes the manhattan trip (5th ave - central park) in about 20 minutes.
Everything from supermarkets, wendy's, pizza, subway sandwhich store and a (very) large queens shopping mall are within short walking distance.

The appartment surroundings are busy with traffic but thats normal in a big city. The neighboorhood of Elmhurst is safe and crowded and you can walk the streets in the evening without feeling unsafe. There are always people everywhere.

El apartamento nos decepcionó porque, si bien es funcional, de "elegante" no tiene nada.
El edificio es vulgar y la entrada al mismo decepcionante y todo tiene apariencia de viejo. Por ejemplo, el parqué es viejo y de color muy oscuro lo que da al apartamento un aspecto triste, muy diferente al de la fotografía publicada (evidentemente responsabilidad de Wimdu) en la que aparece de un color mucho más claro, que parece recién estrenado. Otro detalle negativo que tendría fácil solución es la pobrísima (e inaceptable) luz del cuarto de baño.
El barrio es multiétnico, pero sin encanto.
En el aspecto positivo, la cocina está bien equipada y el propietario es efectivamente colaborador.
Lo mejor, la situación, muy cerca de una estación de metro con varias líneas de metro

Ein sehr tolles Apartment. Sehr gute Metro Verbindung und Jason ist immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Wohnung so wie beschrieben. Jason wartete auf uns (obwohl wir 2h zu spät ankamen). Sehr sympathischer und hilfreicher Verwalter. Die Lage ist super um sehr schnell nach Manhattan zu gelangen. Die Gegend ist einfach aber sicher. Man kann hier sehr gut und billig asiatisch essen. Vor allem das Tibetanische Restaurant am Bahnhof (74.Strasse).

The apartment was absolutely great, it was pretty large and provided of every comforts needed. Being located near a very good metro station makes you able to move around the city pretty quickly.

The area is full of nice restaurants (especially Indian, Himalayan and Thai) and supermarkets.

Jason is a very nice host and he was always helpful when we asked help with something in the apartment.

We were four people and the apartment was exactly what we needed. Jason was very nice and he helped us with everything. The place is kind of small but enough for just five days. The neighborhood wasn't really reliable but the subway is very close and well connected. So definitely I will recommend this apartment.

Excellent accueil par Jason qui nous attendait à l'arrivée. Le logement est spacieux et comporte tout le confort souhaitable. Il est également très proche (3mn à pied) de la station de métro qui permet d'être dans le centre de Manhattan en 35mn. Le quartier est animé et les commerces d'alimentation sont à proximité.
Un seul point négatif le logement est bruyant.

The description of the apartment and most of the reviews are adequate: it is a spacious apartment in a vibrant neighbourhood with good public transport connections. Jason is indeed a very helpful host!
